Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, regardless of the reason, within 72 hours of the scheduled session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Confidentiality: All information shared during booking sessions is considered confidential and will be treated as such.
