Booking Session Policy Booking Process: To request a booking session with Coach Renee at Concept Marketing Firm, visit the website www.reneemotivates365.com and navigate to the "Booking" section. Submit the form, and our team wil l review your request and contact you to discuss further details and confirm availability. Booking Fees: Booking sessions with Coach Renee may be subject to fees. The fee structure will be communicated to you upon confirmation of the booking. Payment for the booking session must be made in full prior to the scheduled session. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, regardless of the reason, within 72 hours of the scheduled session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Confidentiality: All information shared during booking sessions is considered confidential and will be treated as such.
